Nidify® for custom-home prospects.
Free QR on the work truck, yard sign, job site, MLS, and website. They calculate cash to close (down payment), draws, and a payment estimate. You manage that lead. You pay Nestablish 0.5% only if a Nidify-sourced prospect signs a build with you and closes. The buyer never sees that fee.

Specs.
Two jobs. Construction money lent to the builder to build a spec — not a buyer purchase loan, not the Nidify buyer QR. And help selling finished specs you already have listed. Nestablish does not originate. A licensed lender of the builder’s choice handles any loan.
